Firstly get rid of that droning tape when you try and get an appointment (not easy) so if you’ve wasted five minutes of your time listening to Dr Tate droning on all the appointments have gone anyway. If it’s your lucky day and you can get to see a doctor the majority are very nice. There must be a better way of administering the flu jabs. Last Saturday was a prime example of chaos. It’s not rocket science to realise there are a large number of over 65’s on their books. The centre needs a fresh pair of eyes to improve the running of the place. I know for certain if there was an alternative a lot of people would vote with their feet.

Brought my 3yo daughter for her pre-school jabs. The two nurses were fabulous - caring, compassionate, absolutely brilliant with my daughter and made the whole experience as pain/distress free as possible. Thank you

I would like to say that doctor baylor was so helpful and concernd about my recent illness I had a phone call from him a few times a week plus blood tests. I am very grateful with his experience and manner that helped me get better. Now that is 100 %better I'm still receiving phone calls with my recent blood results. I would like to say we nead more doctors like him. Thank you. Charles Brindley

Avoid this practice at all costs, they have to be the worst I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Since moving to Holmes Chapel my relatives Health has declined to such an extent that they have had to be admitted to hospital twice. They have misdiagnosed issues, they can never get appointments and are lied to when they ask to be referred to a specialist. They do not care about their patients, only in lining their own pockets. The medicines and treatments recommended by the hospital are "too expensive" or "not available".

I have been undergoing treatment and care for more than 12 months for several conditions resulting in three operations, the investigations and follow ups organised by the health centre have been thorough and enabled me to get treatment and recover in good time. I am delighted to to say my only medication now, is for my COPD and Hyperactive Thyroid. Many thanks to all the clinicians, dispensary and reception staff who have made a very difficult journey one of positive outcomes. Kind regards
